Geography at Post 16

AQA Geography A level (7037) includes how human intervention affects the environment and how people adapt and mitigate the effects of processes on their environment. Lessons involve discussion and extended research which helps students to become independent thinkers. You will study a range of case studies from local, national and international locations.

Paper 1 Physical Geography – 2 hours and 30 mins worth 40%
Paper 2 Human Geography – 2 hours and 30 mins worth 40%
Geographical Investigation – A report of 3000 – 4000 words worth 20%
