The link to the parents evening booking and meeting website is added as a button on the home page of the website.
Attached is the booking guide. To conduct your appointments by video call you just need to log in in the same way you did to book your appointments.
Once logged in you can click on "Join Appointment" and they will automatically connect at the correct time.
